How to stop Outlook links being opened in Edge

Hi,

Normally my Outlook links open in my default browser Chrome.

Today they started to open in Edge even though Chrome is still the default browser.

How do I get them to open in Chrome again?

I am using Windows 11 with the Outlook app.

Thanks

This is a new feature in OUTLOOK and has nothing to do with the default apps in the OS settings.

Go to Outlook Options > Advanced > Link Handling > "Open hyperlinks from Outlook in:" > Select "Default Browser".

    Dear Jaxon,

Thank you for your reply and explanation!

Could you please uninstall Microsoft Edge and set Google Chrome as the default browser again? Afterward, check if any links you open are directed to Google Chrome. Once this is confirmed, if you still need Microsoft Edge, you can reinstall it and test the links to ensure they open correctly after the reinstallation.

    Warm Regards,

    Arif

Thanks for the reply, but it did not work. Edge is still hijacking my Outlook links.

Screen shot below, can't show all as only allows 1 picture.

I changed everything except for PDF as I need them to open in Adobe, which they do.
