How to stop Outlook links being opened in Edge

Hi,

Normally my Outlook links open in my default browser Chrome.

Today they started to open in Edge even though Chrome is still the default browser.

How do I get them to open in Chrome again?

I am using Windows 11 with the Outlook app.

This is a new feature in OUTLOOK and has nothing to do with the default apps in the OS settings.

Go to Outlook Options > Advanced > Link Handling > "Open hyperlinks from Outlook in:" > Select "Default Browser".

    These solutions only work for newer versions of Outlook. I am licensed to use the latest version, but hate it. This is an extremely annoying problem. I can't even get PDFs to open in Adobe without changing the settings every few days. I'm beginning to despise Microsoft for trying for force me to use applications I do not wish to use for several reasons.
