Same with AOL. Login at https://login.aol.com/and find Mail on the page and read mail on the web.
Since the last Microsoft update some of my Yahoo emails are coming this scrambled, like code, and unreadable. I can read them on my Iphone but not my laptop so I feel this is an update issue. Is there a way to fix this or is Microsoft working on a fix and new update?

I'm having the same problem after upgrading to Windows 11. I'm checking both AOL & Yahoo mail accounts with Windows mail.
There isn't a fix. The workaround is to read these mails with a browser at https://mail.yahoo.com
