    I finally reached a live person today and, after a long ordeal of sharing my screen with them, was told the reason I don't have access to 'Create Rules' is that the company's domain name is not registered with Microsoft.

    I am using Outlook for Microsoft 365

    MSO (Version 2410 Build 16.0.18129.20100) 64 bit

    Everything works great. Address book and message rules all working fine.

    When I go to the server and log in I can get in but then I can't see any kind of emails at all.

    If you're using imap the rules are set on the server. I could not find a way to implement rules when using a pop account.
