    when i try to make rules with the above message. i get an error message

    "These settings are applied at the account level:

    "Inbox rules are not supported for the selected account."

    my other accounts have the rules option with a right click

    So, in the "New Outlook" is neither "Settings" nor Advanced Actions". Since switching to the new Outlook, I get a ton more junk mail than usual. Reporting junk mail seems to have no effect whatsoever. What gives?

    I went back to the old and better Outlook interface just after 24 hours due to the problems listed above and many others, this new Outlook also creates enormous problems for companies. USELESS

    I’ve wondered about that. Why stay with new outlook? What does it gain me? I only ‘see’ what i cannot see and do.
