This thread is completely useless to even post to. Microsoft does not monitor let alone respond to any of these posts.

Finding how to do certain things in WIN 11 is difficult. I discovered how to set the font in Outlook by accident. Try as I might, I went into all the properties in OUTLOOK to no avail, however, I discovered how to set the font to stay permanently set. When I was in XCEL, I wanted to set the font for a file to be what I wanted everytime I opened a certain file. I set the font and then a window opens up telling me to exit if I wanted the changes to be permanently set. I did this and sure enough, it worked when I opened my file again. I thought, “hey, maybe it will work for Outlook”, so I tried and PRESTO!, It worked there as well! If this is confusing, let me know and I will try to explain in more detail. Hope this helps someone else.

Does Microsoft actually monitor this thread? My thought would be NO! LOTS of the same.question and no response. No fix either. Think we are just passing in the wind trying to get anywhere with this issue.

Some of them you can run under the Rules > Manage Rules. But not all will run manually or automatically, which make it useless to me.
