my yahoo mail comes in unread able as it is scrambled words how to correct this

This thread concerns Yahoo mail being read on the Windows 10/11 Mail app. That's not clear in many of the posts in this thread.

There isn't a fix for this. At present, the workaround is to read these messages at https://mail.yahoo.com with a browser.

    Got the same problem. Notified ATT 2 weeks ago no fix yet. Apple receives OK

    I don't understand why YAHOO is not responding either. I am sure that by now they are aware of the problem.

    I have Yahoo Plus. I was able to talk to them a few days ago by calling their 1-800 number. They are pointing the finger at Microsoft. They told me since my emails are OK on my Android OS and my apple iPad it is not on their end. I read somewhere that Microsoft is working on the problem. It seems to be happening with other mail servers also. I find it hard to believe that Microsoft can't cough up an answer. I just bought this computer less than a year ago with Windows 10. Upgraded to Windows 11 in March of 2022 and my scrambled email problems started first week of June. FRUSTRATED!
