my yahoo mail comes in unread able as it is scrambled words how to correct this

This thread concerns Yahoo mail being read on the Windows 10/11 Mail app. That's not clear in many of the posts in this thread.

There isn't a fix for this. At present, the workaround is to read these messages at https://mail.yahoo.com with a browser.

    Don't know why mail from Zoom would be unreadable at https://mail.yahoo.com/ 

    If I were having this problem, I'd forward the Zoom message to another of my email accounts... Gmail, outlook.com, another.

    Another mail service might not have the problem.

    I have a similar problem not only with Yahoo Mail, but with google mail as well.

    Some e-mails come in code, sometimes 10 -12 pages of nothing but code.

    The strange part is, that sometimes the e-mails from the same source come in fine, sometimes not.

    Talked to some techs, was told that Microsoft knows about this, but so far has no solution.

    Incredible, as this has been going on for several years.
