my yahoo mail comes in unread able as it is scrambled words how to correct this

This thread concerns Yahoo mail being read on the Windows 10/11 Mail app. That's not clear in many of the posts in this thread.

There isn't a fix for this. At present, the workaround is to read these messages at https://mail.yahoo.com with a browser.

    i was able to have this fixed through Geek Squad. it worked for 1 month and now my emails are coming in scrambled again.

    When I open some emails its just a bunch of email addresses and no message.

    1. Are the bunch of addresses where the message body should be? Or are the addresses up in the To: field and the message body is blank?
    2. Are you using the Windows 10/11 Mail app?
    3. Are these mails coming through Yahoo mail?
