This thread concerns Yahoo mail being read on the Windows 10/11 Mail app. That's not clear in many of the posts in this thread.

There isn't a fix for this. At present, the workaround is to read these messages at https://mail.yahoo.com with a browser.

    Thanks for the help but I am not sure how to complete the instructions My email looks like attacted Where is the file tab?

    as you can see the emails are coming in code.

    This thread is posted under Outlook/Outlook for Windows/For home and I don't think that anyone in the thread has indicated that they're running Outlook for Windows as in Office Outlook, Outlook 365, Outlook 2019, etc. Your screenshot shows the Windows 10 or Windows 11 Mail app.

    You can't read messages in Plain Text. If I were having the problem with the Windows Mail App, I'd try to read the message online with a browser at https://outlook.live.com It's a workaround, not a fix.

    Then you *are* running Office Outlook. Most people in the thread seem to not be. Look for my post about 5 posts before your post here. Do you have the problem when reading the messages in Plain Text?
