This thread concerns Yahoo mail being read on the Windows 10/11 Mail app. That's not clear in many of the posts in this thread.

There isn't a fix for this. At present, the workaround is to read these messages at https://mail.yahoo.com with a browser.

    Exactly how and when my problems started. I have no problem on my iPhone or IPad. Microsoft needs to step up and get this fixed!!

    Your response has been the most helpful of all the comments. Clearly there are a lot of very frustrated users. I wonder who has had any success contacting Microsoft about this problem. Would be nice if there was a response that Microsoft REALLY IS working on it, and when we might anticipate a fix. And how will they inform us of the fix.

    If you have contacts at Microsoft, please see this response from person on 7/15/22(?)

    "I have Yahoo Plus. I was able to talk to them a few days ago by calling their 1-800 number. They are pointing the finger at Microsoft. They told me since my emails are OK on my Android OS and my apple iPad it is not on their end. I read somewhere that Microsoft is working on the problem. It seems to be happening with other mail servers also. I find it hard to believe that Microsoft can't cough up an answer. I just bought this computer less than a year ago with Windows 10. Upgraded to Windows 11 in March of 2022 and my scrambled email problems started first week of June. FRUSTRATED!"

    With all the people having problems, it would be nice if someone from Microsoft would reach out and let us know they are REALLY working on the problem, when we might be able to have a fix and how they will let us know about it. Thank you.

    I am having the exact same problem. Although I am sorry everyone is having this issue, I am glad it isn't unique to me. It would be nice if someone from yahoo or Microsoft would respond with the solution to this issue.
