my yahoo mail comes in unread able as it is scrambled words how to correct this

This thread concerns Yahoo mail being read on the Windows 10/11 Mail app. That's not clear in many of the posts in this thread.

There isn't a fix for this. At present, the workaround is to read these messages at https://mail.yahoo.com with a browser.

    I have not been able to read some of my emails. Some come with letters and numbers, etc., and others come through regularly.. I have tried to go through the entire email that is irregular and am unable to find anything that is possible. Not possible! Please help... some of my emails are very important, and they are the ones that are all messed up. I don't know who to contact or where to go to get help. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME! The emails come through on to my phone perfectly. Is there some way that I could send the phone email to my computer?

    You don't have the problem on your phone because you aren't using the Windows 10/11 Mail app.

    The workaround is still to read these messages at https://mail.yahoo.com with a browser.

    The way I solve my problem with Yahoo! Mail was go to yahoo.com open account there put your email addresses in that account and your mail will come in readable

    No I can't read it there either.

    No one has reported having the problem when accessing https://mail.yahoo.com/ with a browser.

    What browser are you using? Have you tried another browser?
