There isn't a fix for this. At present, the workaround is to read these messages at https://mail.yahoo.com with a browser.

    I asked Geek Squad to take a look at my laptop to make sure nothing else was wrong. They checked it for virus', etc. and cleaned it up. They told me many others are having this problem and that I need to contact Yahoo. I've tried to find out how to get in touch with a person, but haven't had any luck. Keep getting message that I can use/purchase YahooPro for help??? The problem on my laptop is now getting worse with emails from more places coming in as code. I can still read emails on my phone. I've started to go directly to Yahoo Mail to read emails that are in code. But we shouldn't have to do this! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!

    I am having the same problem with my Yahoo email. I can read them on my phone or tablet but not on my PC. Is anyone trying to correct this problem since it seems to be happening to more than a few of us.

    i am having problems reading my yahoo mail. not all the emails come in scrambled but some of the important ones do. This issue must be fixed ASAP. Not sure what is going on, but this

    issue is of great concern and i hope someone in your department takes this seriously enough to fix it. Frustrated enough to the point that i would cancel subscriptions. Please fix this ASAP.
