my yahoo mail comes in unread able as it is scrambled words how to correct this

This thread concerns Yahoo mail being read on the Windows 10/11 Mail app. That's not clear in many of the posts in this thread.

There isn't a fix for this. At present, the workaround is to read these messages at https://mail.yahoo.com with a browser.

    Yes, I can login to Yahoo mail and see emails as well, but I shouldn't have to take this extra step. Am also concerned about security when doing this.

    AMEN!! I can read my yahoo emails just fine on my iPhone and my iPad no scrambling whatsoever; it’s only on my laptop and it has to do with Microsoft. they need to start getting their **** together!!!

    Well good for you. But some of mine, when viewing them on my laptop with Microsoft, are scrambled. And if you read the comments from many other people they are having the same problem. I can read all my emails fine on my iPhone and my iPad but Microsoft is not associated with those so this has to be a Microsoft issue!!

    I simply logged into my yahoo mail and I could see all of my emails unscrambled. mail.yahoo.com
