my yahoo mail comes in unread able as it is scrambled words how to correct this

This thread concerns Yahoo mail being read on the Windows 10/11 Mail app. That's not clear in many of the posts in this thread.

There isn't a fix for this. At present, the workaround is to read these messages at https://mail.yahoo.com with a browser.

    I am having the same issues as everyone else. Hopefully a resolution comes quick. I can see all emails on Iphone but nothing on my pc.

    Again, everyone realizes you can read the unscrambled emails in Yahoo directly. However outlook positions itself as a top notch user interface for any email provider. As such Microsoft should fix this issue so the experience of using a Microsoft product will be as advertised.

    I would like to hear from them as to the timing of releasing a fix for this problem.

    Outlook - the software included in office - should open the messages just fine. The problem is with the Windows 10 mail app.

    If you have Office installed, type outlook.exe on the start menu to open it.

    Ditch the app and use the website. It's a few more clicks but at least you can read the emails.
