my yahoo mail comes in unread able as it is scrambled words how to correct this

This thread concerns Yahoo mail being read on the Windows 10/11 Mail app. That's not clear in many of the posts in this thread.

There isn't a fix for this. At present, the workaround is to read these messages at https://mail.yahoo.com with a browser.

    Windows 11 Home, Version 21H2, Installed on 2/‎01/‎2022, OS build 22000.856 to access several email accounts. The issue is only with Yahoo mail and only on my laptop, it works on my mobile phone. Has a solution been found yet please?

    To Toni and to others having this problem, I will repeat what I know about this issue. In a rare contact with Microsoft their responce was "we are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it " I personaly can not understand how Microsoft can let this problelm go on for weeks without correction. As to workarounds, see some of the past posts. I have been simply going directly to the web sites of my email carriers to read my mail. Shoud anyone have any contact with Microsoft let them know your diislike and ask for a fix now.

    Bottom line

    This a microsoft problelm.They know about it but appear not to be in a hurry to fix it.

    easy work around

    Read emails directly on carrier's site.

    Ditch the app and go to the website. It's a few more clicks but at least you can read the emails
