my yahoo mail comes in unread able as it is scrambled words how to correct this

This thread concerns Yahoo mail being read on the Windows 10/11 Mail app. That's not clear in many of the posts in this thread.

There isn't a fix for this. At present, the workaround is to read these messages at https://mail.yahoo.com with a browser.

    I have a similar problem not only with Yahoo Mail, but with google mail as well.

    Some e-mails come in code, sometimes 10 -12 pages of nothing but code.

    The strange part is, that sometimes the e-mails from the same source come in fine, sometimes not.

    Talked to some techs, was told that Microsoft knows about this, but so far has no solution.

    Incredible, as this has been going on for several years.

    I don’t believe it’s Yahoos’s problem because I can read my emails perfectly on my iPhone and IPad. It’s only on my laptop with Microsoft. Very angry with Microsoft for providing no answers

    I was having trouble find the file tab, too, until I checked in Outlook, which I don't use much. File tab is there. Anyway, I followed the instructions but didn't help. I still get some emails in code, like you.

    Exactly how and when my problems started. I have no problem on my iPhone or IPad. Microsoft needs to step up and get this fixed!!
