There isn't a fix for this. At present, the workaround is to read these messages at https://mail.yahoo.com with a browser.

    My problem was solved by going to yahoo.com entering my email addresses there and everything would come through clear

    whereas if I stayed in mail in windows 10 yahoo mail would be all jumbled up
