my yahoo mail comes in unread able as it is scrambled words how to correct this

There isn't a fix for this. At present, the workaround is to read these messages at https://mail.yahoo.com with a browser.

    After doing some research I am finding this problem dates back to 2012. I found threads with people complaining about this in 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2022. There is not one mention of a computer tech or Microsoft solving this problem. My computer guy couldn't even figure it out. I've decided to change my email to a Gmail account. Although it will be a challenge sending out a new email address memo, it's worth not having to deal with this problem anymore! I have been keeping a log on what emails are being delivered "scrambled" and they are the same ones all the time.
