As per the description you have shared, we understand that you have a concern with Approve/Reject Button in Outlook for iOS and Outlook for Mac.

We do understand your concern here, but after thorough out testing and consulting from our end, it’s been concluded that the feature that you are inquiring for is doesn't seem feasible at this moment. In Our test result also indeed missing approve/reject button in Outlook for iOS and Mac as on your end for forwarded emails. You can refer our test result below.

Dear Microsoft Team,

It is becoming very important for us to proviede approve / reject option on mobile devices to our managers as they are not in the office all the time and emails are getting delayed.

Is there any update on this from the microsoft developemt team ?

When is this going to be solved? It’s a bit ridiculous that such basic functionality isn’t available.

I agree, this is sad that we cannot approve from Outlook Mobile. I feel like they could have made an add-on by now to allow this capability. Get to it Microsoft.
