Hello all,
I created a transport rule to approve/reject any email to a member of a group. This pops up in my Outlook App on Windows and browser. It does not give me the option to approve/reject on either Outlook mobile on ios or Outlook app on Mac. Please advise as I need this function to work properly across the board if possible.

It is becoming very important for us to provide approve / reject option on mobile devices to our managers as they are not in the office all the time and emails are getting delayed.
Is there any update on this from the Microsoft development team?

This issue was highlighted in April & still not resolved!
Very disappointing support actions by Microsoft.
This glitch needs to be fixed asap!
I am also in need of this fixed; it is now October 9, 2023. Has an effort been made to resolve this or a work around that anyone is aware of?

Agreed with the others' sentiments -
This just came in as a request from the Executive Level and we were getting ready to implement until we decided to do some due diligence and fully test end to end this capability....only to discover that the iPhones (which are very important for our leadership team to have this functionality for) are not capable of providing this feature in the app's current state.
Can we PLEASE get an ETA on when this will be remediated?
MS needs to resolve this issue ASAP.
