How do I move to the next email when I am in an open email? I used to have two little arrows (for up and down) to scroll up and down open emails, but they disappeared. Now if I want to go from one open email to the next one, I first have to close that email and then open the next one.
If I press PageUp or PageDown or any arrows, it just scrolls INSIDE the open email. I'd like to move from one open email to the next open email (I used to do that with the little arrow icons that appeared when an email was open).
Can someone help, please?

Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments

In outlook Previous version there is one option came for mail Up and down like Previous and Next mail but now all of sudden it's not showing Outlook 365 web version so can you please help from where i can restore that setting in outlook web version.
You don't understand; DO you have access to Outlook developers that can ADD the arrow, that allow me to go to next email, or even back to the Previous email. SIMPLE solutions. Someone changed it recently and now all are experiencing the same issue, I think it is inappropriate that I have to hit numerous keys to go back and forth. AND the CTL . or Control + is a terrible solution. In fact, depending where you have cursor, it may not go back and forth but Big or Small in size. Someone out there MUST have access to someone at Outlook that CARES!
Please; don't suggest other ways to do this. Join the CAUSE; we want the arrow that allows clicking Forward to next email, or Back to the Previous email. SIMPLE. It was there before forever; now it has been removed.
Isn't it amazing; how nobody at Outlook can find a way, when so many of us are having same problem, understand that Moderators that don't understand, is all we want is the arrow that allows us to go to next or previous email. Sad. Hope someone notifies us that they are working on bringing the arrow back.
I do not have this display either. After reading through all the comments I figured out I have to use Control with the period under the numbers and Control with the comma under the letters on the keyboard to move forward and backward through my emails. Huge pain and takes so much time, is so cumbersome, etc., etc. PLEASE pass along those arrows are an important feature and based on all the comments here a lot of people want them back. Is there some other way to communicate with Microsoft?
