How do I move to next email from an open email? Little arrows have disappeared

How do I move to the next email when I am in an open email? I used to have two little arrows (for up and down) to scroll up and down open emails, but they disappeared. Now if I want to go from one open email to the next one, I first have to close that email and then open the next one.

If I press PageUp or PageDown or any arrows, it just scrolls INSIDE the open email. I'd like to move from one open email to the next open email (I used to do that with the little arrow icons that appeared when an email was open).

Can someone help, please?

    Press two keys at the same time: Ctrl period

    Unfortunately this doesn't work. If I press Ctrl and + at the same time (or one after the other) I only obtain to make the whole page bigger. It woks like a zoom in

    I use Windows 10 too - Just press either Ctrl and period (full stop) together or Ctrl and comma - just the 2 keys at the same time.

    (don't worry about the + sign that was used instead of &)

    It takes a bit of getting used to, but it does work, eventually.

    Is there a way to ask Microsoft to re-introduce the little arrows in Outlook when used with Windows 10 ?
