How do I move to next email from an open email? Little arrows have disappeared

How do I move to the next email when I am in an open email? I used to have two little arrows (for up and down) to scroll up and down open emails, but they disappeared. Now if I want to go from one open email to the next one, I first have to close that email and then open the next one.

If I press PageUp or PageDown or any arrows, it just scrolls INSIDE the open email. I'd like to move from one open email to the next open email (I used to do that with the little arrow icons that appeared when an email was open).

Can someone help, please?

    ..As you can see from the screenshot, I have to way to do that now.

    Until a fix occurs, Ctrl + . (period) moves to the Next message.

    Ctrl + , (comma) moves to the Previous message.

    I would like to see the arrows all together. :-)

    Hi Ron,

    here is a screeen shot of what I see when I have an open email. There used to be two small arrows in the same line of Delete/Junk/Move to/Categorise/etc, on the right, so I could move from one open email to the next. As you can see from the screenshot, I have to way to do that now.

    I use the Snipping Tool with Windows 11.

    The same app for Windows 10 is called Snip and Sketch.

    Capture a snip and if no editing is required paste into a post.

    I like the editing tools.
