Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments

I have had outlook 365 for years. Nothing on my end has changed. Suddenly (as of yesterday) every time i click on New Email a pop out window opens up (and the signature within my email is HUGE. About a 48 font yet the font showing is 12) This has never happened before and it is QUITE annoying. I have searched within the OPTIONS of Outlook and I cannot find anything with the option to open a pop out window when composing a new email. So there appears to be nothing for me to check/uncheck in this regard. As far as I know i have had no updates to Outlook that would have made this happen. Has anyone else had this happen and have you figured out how to stop it?????

Just started happening to me. I click "New Email" and a new email pops out onto screen rather than being inline like it always has. Replies and forwards behave as expected (inline). But NEW EMAIL pops out.
They do not work. You must not be experiencing what we are suffering through.
All, as I posted last October, I use Firefox in Windows 10, and if I do a quick, gentle SINGLE click on the email I want to open, it opens just fine, with no pop-up. Mike Valentine
There is neither a “Compose messages” section nor is there a “Pop out replies and forwards” section anywhere in the Outlook Web "Compose and Reply".
Searching the entire web/browser application settings do not show anything with the phrase “Pop out replies and forwards”
Web version does the same thing
