Shared Outlook calendar shows wrong timezone in Google calendar. Timezone when importing a shared Outlook calendar is wrong. When importing the link to the Google Calendar, the shared calendar settings says that the timezone is GMT+00:00 -- It's grayed out and I cannot change it. How can I correct this issue?

The solutions above also don't solve my issue.
What I noticed is that my time zone in my Outlook is UTC+01:00 and in Google it is GMT+02:00.
That seems strange to me as well. Or is that normal?
After waiting months and months and this issue still not resolved (whether it's a MS or Google issue), I've had to switch back to Google Calendar as my primary calendar. I can't have my events showing up in the WRONG time zone to the people I share my calendar with. None of the fixes listed here help to resolve this issue. :(

I was able to fix it by changing the timezone for my microsoft account to UTC here: https://myaccount.microsoft.com/settingsandprivacy/language
Then import the published outlook calendar via the url to the ics file into google calendar.
Then change back to your real timezone in outlook: (not microsoft acc, only in outlook)
In the browser version under Settings -> Calendar -> View -> Display my calendar in time zone
In the app version under Settings -> Calendar -> Timezones

And the benefit is also that I have more control over the synchronization process from Microsoft Outlook to Google Calendar. For example on the interval, which normally is like 24 hours, and can now be set to for example 15 minutes.
This really is a Google Calendar problem, because you want to edit this time zone within Google Calendar. But because there is interaction and differences with Microsoft Outlook, of course this is also on their side. But not being able to adjust the time zone in Google Calendar makes it their problem, because it's their product.
