A Shared Outlook calendar shows wrong timezone in Google calendar.

the fix I found is to use this tool https://www.outlookgooglecalendarsync.com/ I used the beta version (setup.exe) and worked like a charm out of the box, and I strongly recommend to check the video tutorial at https://youtu.be/Oi9JPw2ETyg?feature=shared

(The code-base is open on github so I felt confident in using it)

You can even choose which "directions" to synk, eg from outlook to google, or from google to outlook

in particular, I found it useful to create a brand new calendar in Google Calendar, that I named "Outlook" as in the tutorial, which I synched with my outlook calendar. This way I could verify that the events were indeed imported correctly and compare with my not-synched calendar in a non-distructive way. Once I verified that everything worked as it should, I hid the unsynched/not-working calendar and kept the new "Outlook" one that worked properly

Same problem here.

Everything is correct, all timezones well configured.

But it shows the wrong timezone when importing.

No solution yet? I would prefer not using a third part solution.

This is what worked for me:

When in Outlook and you're looking to create a subscription link to enter in your Google Calendar, you have the option to choose between:

1. See when I'm occupied
2. Share titles and locations
3. Share all details

(these options are translated from Dutch to English so might look different on your end)

When I chose option 3, it showed my appointments at the wrong timezone, but when I chose option 2, the middle one, and then used that link, it shows them at the right timezone.

I've tried to reset the links as well, just in case. No solution.
