Shared Outlook calendar shows wrong timezone in Google calendar. Timezone when importing a shared Outlook calendar is wrong. When importing the link to the Google Calendar, the shared calendar settings says that the timezone is GMT+00:00 -- It's grayed out and I cannot change it. How can I correct this issue?

    Me too. This problem makes the feature absolutely worthless.

    For all who are still stuck:

    Instead of publishing the calendar from within Outlook, I chose Share Calendar (in Outlook), where I entered my Google email. An email got send to me. Don’t click on the big blue button. Instead, copy the link (very tiny at the bottom) that is similar to this https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/…999999…/reachcalendar.ics

    Drop this into add with URL in Google Calendar. Worked for me (while Google Calendar still states time zone as GMT+00:00)

    I also have this issue.

    Should the outlook calendar not communicate the timezone in the URL that is used to import into Google Calendar?

    I've just tried that after reading your message, but same problem. It doesn't fix it for me.

    I've tried to reset the links as well, just in case. No solution.

    Hey guys!

    This is what worked for me:

    When in Outlook and you're looking to create a subscription link to enter in your Google Calendar, you have the option to choose between:

    1. See when I'm occupied
    2. Share titles and locations
    3. Share all details

    (these options are translated from Dutch to English so might look different on your end)

    When I chose option 3, it showed my appointments at the wrong timezone, but when I chose option 2, the middle one, and then used that link, it shows them at the right timezone.
