Hi All
I'm loving the new Outlook, however I'm having real difficulty manually sorting my email folders.
Clicking & dragging the folder, only allows me to drop the folder INTO another folder, but doesn't allow me to drop it in between other folders (meaning I cannot re-arrange / sort the folders manually).
Right clicking the folder and clicking "Move", again only allows me to move the folder INTO another folder. There is no "move up or down" option unfortunately.
It is currently sorting my folders in alphabetical order, but I wish to change this. I have been through all the settings and cannot find anywhere I can manually sort my email folders.
Can anyone assist?

Please get this feature added back in! Not being able to organize folders in a particular order is very frustrating. Not sure why that feature would have ever been on the chopping block.

We are a lot of people that already took the time to post here to kind of letting you know that this is very important to us, can you imagine how many people are currently struggling with this and will not even consider taking some time to create a post to get feedback from you? Change your old ways be more proactive with your products. How is it possible that a feature like organizing folders gets removed completely instead of getting some improvements to the functionality that we already had before? Stop embarrassing yourselves and come up with a real solution to this problem please.

This is crazy that they still have not added the feature. That's my biggest problem with the new outlook. Too many features are lost by switching to the new application and doesnt seem worth it at this point...
Two things to add that are problem. You can move a folder to favorities though it doesnt move the subfolders under that that favorite. Also, you mention you can go back to classic outlook, though we are having trouble with that option. For some reason when you switch and then switch back to classic you lose the ability to create a MS Teams outlook calendar invitation. So now forced to only use the new outlook.
Hugely important. Please prioritize this feature request.
