I can not receive or send email because One drive is full. My one drive is full over 5GB but my email is only 2.6GB out of 15GB yet I cannot use my email. Why is it using my One drive quota for my email?

    This makes no sense!!! I am having to erase so many things that I needed to keep in there. I have missed so many important emails. Who did the math for this? Just because they want to force us to buy storage…

    I do not know who did the math for this one! There is no way to separate email from one drive and there is no way to contact Microsoft. I think it should be reversed. And if they wan to put it together, limit OneDrive within the limit for the email space, not the other way around. I am so upset and ugh!!!

    Update! I reinstalled my e-mail on both pc and phone and that seemed to have fixed it.
    My e-mail is fully functioning again. I can both receive and send e-mails. I'd advice for others who upgraded or removed files from their OneDrive to do the same. I guess reinstalling re-synchronised the system so it finally acknowledges that my OneDrive is not full.

    This is so stupid only a computer idiot will think of it!

    I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM

    LOST COUNTLESS HOURS OF SAVED GAME FILES (DOCUMENTS FOLDER)

    LOST COUNTLESS E-MAILS

    WINDOWS STAFF - REMOVE THIS OPTION AND SPARE THE DOCUMENTS FOLDER FROM BEING UPLOADED AND LOCKED BY ONEDRIVE. ALLOW THE USER TO DECIDE WHAT GETS UPLOADED TO THE CLOUD.

    THIS IS REALLY BEING SAID WITH ALOT OF SWEARING WITH INSANE PROFANITY!
