I can not receive or send email because One drive is full

I can not receive or send email because One drive is full. My one drive is full over 5GB but my email is only 2.6GB out of 15GB yet I cannot use my email. Why is it using my One drive quota for my email?

it still shows my Email has exceed limit and can't send or receive emails, including my flight tickets, my hotel reservation....etc.
IT'S REALLY A NIGHTMARE!!!
anyone has a solution please do share, appreciated!

2023-04-16T14:13:11+00:00 I am having the exact same issue. In the middle of attempting to settle on a property and the vendor had to contact me to let me know my email address was now undeliverable. This is absolutely outrageous on Microsoft's part. If this is not amended all of my services will be relocated!!!!
