I can not receive or send email because One drive is full

I tried to send an email and it said I couldn't as my one drive is full, yet I have 15G of email space?

My question is why is my one drive data even connected to my emails? I then unlinked my one drive from my email, no difference.

Now, here is the real kicker, I deleted at least 1G off of my one drive, plus cleaned up my emails and it DID NOT MAKE A DENT! Isn't that strange??? or is it they want you to pay for more storage..... I say F$%k that! I Switched to Gmail.

Email is supposed to be free and the fact that Microsoft, a billion dollar company wants to charge for emails, is actually mind boggling. I understand smaller companies....but a BILLION DOLLAR company....no you can p%ss off with that.

Don't quote me, but I'm pretty sure Google has a similar system going. I fully agree with your comment, email should be a human right as it's the key to all our Internet use, and hence to life.

You will start cussing Google when you hit your 15GB shared storage limit:

I believe the difference is Google only has 1 storage limit (15 GB) while Microsoft has 2 (5 GB Microsoft storage and 15 GB Email storage). The biggest and stupidest problem is Microsoft counts email attachments towards the lesser 5 GB limit.

My solution is to NOT store anything in the cloud except email.

Did changing your email work? Or did it suspend that email too just for being tied to your Microsoft
