I can not receive or send email because One drive is full

abhorrent e detestable. It's a shameful fiasco and a reason to remember their uselessness. pffff.

Update! I reinstalled my e-mail on both pc and phone and that seemed to have fixed it.
My e-mail is fully functioning again. I can both receive and send e-mails. I'd advice for others who upgraded or removed files from their OneDrive to do the same. I guess reinstalling re-synchronised the system so it finally acknowledges that my OneDrive is not full.

I do not know who did the math for this one! There is no way to separate email from one drive and there is no way to contact Microsoft. I think it should be reversed. And if they wan to put it together, limit OneDrive within the limit for the email space, not the other way around. I am so upset and ugh!!!

This makes no sense!!! I am having to erase so many things that I needed to keep in there. I have missed so many important emails. Who did the math for this? Just because they want to force us to buy storage…

What I do found incredible, is that, when I have subscribed to hotmail, it was with unlimited storage. I remember once that the terms and conditions has changed. However, my impression was that it was a unilateral agreement. Either we accept, or we quitte.
I'm very disapointed.
