I can not receive or send email because One drive is full. My one drive is full over 5GB but my email is only 2.6GB out of 15GB yet I cannot use my email. Why is it using my One drive quota for my email?

This is insane. I'm done with Microsoft.
Did you empty out One Drive? I emptied mine out saving whatever I wanted to my hard drive, and I stopped One Drive from synching. Also, you have to clean out your folders on Outlook. If there is anything you need to save, create another folder and put it there, and also send a copy to another email program like Yahoo Mail, AOL, etc. for safe keeping. You don't know if Microsoft is going to do this to you again. Or you can pay the monthly usage fee but that is no guarantee you'll get all the mail you didn't receive while you were essentially locked out of your account.
Same Problem here. I deleted all my e-mails but my one drive is still full and I still can't receive e-mails. It seems that I too has to switch to google.
My one drive is full and remains full despite how many e-mails I delete.
Also despite the fact that I have enough e-mail storage space, I am still not receiving emails, can someone clarify.
