I can not receive or send email because One drive is full

It's much more stupid.. so i've ordered ESD family plan for one year from my local online retailer as i always do as they're somehow cheaper than MS webpage.

guess what email i'm using - yup @live.com which is blocked as my onedrive is over limit when o365 is not paid.

so now i'm downloading 140GB of stuff off of onedrive to get my key so i can upload everything again.

i'm on 1/1 gbps symmetrical fiber and download speeds from MS is at 40-50 mbit

and it dropped twice already. this will take me days..

i mean come on microsoft - blockig email altogether? just block onedrive you ****.

Yet another CON by a big company to make as much money as they can by ripping people off, pure greed.

You have to first turn off OneDrive on your device for it to stop saving everything. Then you have to go to OneDrive online. Sign in and just start deleting. If there is anything you want, save it to your device (laptop, desktop, etc.). You have to also clean out your email too. Go through your folders and get rid of everything you don't need. Empty the junk and trash folders too. Hope this helps.
