I have resolved , i think the new outlook is junk for this problem soo for risolving the problem i will suggest you to unistall the new outlook from settings , restart the computer and the old outlook will be works fine. I add my other emails with no issues,
This worked. Switching out from the New Outlook on Windows 11, switches to the Windows Mail client. A message indicate the Mail client will be replaced with Outlook. In the Windows Mail client, i added my Outlook email address, then switched back to the New Outlook Experience. Low and behold, my Outlook account was added.
Good, I'm glad to hear that it works for Windows Mail Client too. I wasn't sure that it would work for any other situation than switching between Office Outlook and New Outlook.
Yeah, I did follow your lead and clicked switch to Outlook, The Windows Mail client started. so I just continued with the process and add my Outlook.com account. Thanks for the direction...
