exactly, I have Outlook on my desktop with Office 365. Outlook will no load, not can I chose to load it with an existing Outlook account.

When I shut down the computer, upon start up, Windowns did not sign into my normal seeting in the desktop, OS or my Outlook account. In Excel, Word and PowerPoint - none of my recent files are there anymore... nor my email account in Outlook. When Windows automaticlaly updated to Windows - it did not sync my curent files and accounts.

    How can I fix this?
