All Junk hotmail coming to inbox started today 20 Feb 2023

HI all, thanks for adding all your replies. However, ironically all your replies are going to my inbox!!!

So unfortunately by reporting this it is now just adding to the mess of my inbox.!

Nothing is going to junk despite tweaking any settings etc. Looks like there are many with the same issue.

Microsoft you need to sort this out today.

This is happening to me as well.

It also happened to me a few months ago and I was able to contact someone at Microsoft who told me that this was on their end and they need to fix the server. This did resolve the problem until today.

I hope they do this soon. I do have a gmail account but have preferred Hotmail's interface. Not sure it is worth it

It's still happening, all day! Sounds like it's the same for many others aswell.

My junk email settings don't seem to have the high or low settings.

It just has blacked sender list, a safe senders list and 2 filter boxes for trusted and block attachments (already ticked both)

When do you expect to get the junk mail filter / server fixed?

Exactly the same issue here; junk, spam and phishing emails coming through straight to inbox. It matters not what I do as they still come through. I’ve refined my safe senders list, but to no avail.

One phishing email stated that it was going to log-out all Microsoft/Hotmail/Outlook etc. related account devices, leaving the impression there maybe a correlation with the hackers responsible.

Iv’e naturally changed my account password, however this issue seems beyond that and part of something bigger.

I found that logging out of the email account and logging back in has maybe worked? So far, so good, anyway.
