All hotmail / outlook Junk mail coming to inbox ?

Despite these emails still saying they are classed as junk. This has suddenly started today.

I've cleared my cache and deleted all in junk box.

Can't find any settings in junk mail other than safe senders list .

Thanks, Darren

No one from Microsoft will likely ever read the threads here. These are user to user forums. If you want Microsoft devs to actually see your product suggestion then use the Feedback mechanism available in their products.

Actually part of the fault is us, the users, we use our email addresses all over the internet and act shocked when one of those websites get hacked and our email addresses makes it onto a spammers eblast list. Also, users that actually click on links or open attachments make profit for them. If there was no profit they wouldn't be doing it anymore.

    Please Microsoft help your users

It has been months since I read the first report of increased spam in the Outlook/Hotmail inbox.

I have had my Hotmail account for many years and would rather not give up that address. Please Microsoft, if you read this thread and my and everyone else's messages, please take action. The fault cannot lie with us users, we do not have the tools online or in our devices to filter this out.

    Sincerely, Fredrik of Sweden

It makes no sense to me at all. I've had Hotmail since its launch, and it has got steadily worse in the last 10 years or so.

They don't seem interested at all in sorting this well known issue - which makes me think that perhaps they will close this part of Microsoft down.

Microsoft is a joke, they gave up on hotmail/outlook years ago. It's funny how I was able to go honestly 10-15 years barely seeing a spam e-mail. It's also funny now how whenever I do speak to someone in their support chat about spam issues (and solutions) the very NEXT DAY my spam doubles. Nearly every time. Essentially what I have been told by the 'support team' located in India is that none of Microsoft's pay versions will improve on spam blocking. Which is interesting to me. I've told more than one support person I am ready to just bite the bullet and get a pay tier and they say don't bother as the spam blocking won't improve - it's more for removal of ads. All we as customers ask for is to be able to front-end block these ****. Not have it go to spam folder, or deleted folder (or Inbox). Identify the email, block it, boom, I see nothing. Key word block, ISP, domain extension, everything. We can't do any of that. From a company that is Microsoft for god's sake.
