All hotmail / outlook Junk mail coming to inbox ?
Despite these emails still saying they are classed as junk. This has suddenly started today.
I've cleared my cache and deleted all in junk box.
Can't find any settings in junk mail other than safe senders list .

Junk mail coming into my inbox, same as you, had this hotmail account for many years and this is the first time it does this.
Is it helpful to delete cookies?

So unfortunately by reporting this it is now just adding to the mess of my inbox.!
Nothing is going to junk despite tweaking any settings etc. Looks like there are many with the same issue.
Microsoft you need to sort this out today.
