I was having an issue figuring out how the spell check worked. My coworker said when you are in a New Message window, and the Message tab, at the top far right of the ribbon, click the "..." and go down to Editor, and then Editor Settings.

At first, when I tried this, Editor was greyed out, but it might have been because I was already in the middle of composing an email. When I opened a new message I was able to get to the Editor Settings.

All the settings were already enabled, but it seemed I had to open the Editor settings at least once for it to "activate" Now spell check works in my Outlook.

Right-clicking a misspelled word won't work. You have to left-click the word to see the spell-check suggestions.

    I find the new Outlook disappointing. It won't allow me to paste in language translations for some reason, so I have to use my Office Outlook that I bought many years ago. Another disappointment is the lack of a spell check before sending the email. I find when writing emails that it highlights the spelling mistake, but does not allow a correction, so I have to look it up manually in my dictionary, this takes time. So there is work for Microsoft to do before I can use the new Outlook properly.

    I have been pulling my hair out. I just email people, knowing that I can auto correct, why change outlook and not add spell check, knowing that most people now a days, cant spell.

    Pretty simple really. I use the new outlook, misspell some words and it will not correct them.
