Scheduling and managing events using Outlook.com calendar
Has anyone ever figured this out? It's September and I'm still having the same issue.

I don't know what is going on, and I have tried to change my time zones in Outlook.Office365.com around to see if that fixes the issue.
I use Outlook's Interests/Sports Calendar for sporting events going on in and around Seattle. When I added the sports teams to the calendar, I am getting the wrong start times. (I would include a screenshot, but the system would not allow to me insert image.)
Please look into this bug and correct as soon as possible. Otherwise these Outlook provided calendars are useless.

I don't think they follow their own forum. Nor do I believe they have any idea how to fix the calendar issue. So I no longer pay attention to the "time" and use it only to inform me of the next game and whom we are playing. I'm a Mets fan so I don't expect to be receiving the notices for much longer anyway. We'll see if they can figure out how to fix the issue by next season!
Oh don't worry, I always do.
I've heard that BS before. Take it with a grain of salt.
I just spoke to Microsoft (via chat) and was informed of the following:
"....this is a general emerging issue affecting multiple Microsoft users across the Globe."
"....We have already highlighted this issue with our Microsoft engineers' team, and they are working to provide a solution to this issue as soon as possible."
"....be rest assured that this is a top priority and will be resolved as soon as possible."
So, there you have it, they know about it and maybe one day will have a fix for it.
I did leave feedback that states the following:
If this was a known issue that has had a global impact (as stated) and has been ongoing for more than 6 months, you would think that a highly-trafficked forum that Microsoft directs it's users to, (I supplied a link to this conversation in this forum) Would have at least a message that states "We are aware of this issue and are working towards a solution".
That would be Future Friendly.
