Account recovery unsuccessful! HELP!

I was hacked and I’ve tried recovering multiple times now. I’m using a familiar device. I put in old passwords. My recovery email and phone number are no longer attached to the account. I don’t get why Microsoft can’t revert the account to its original state of creation. I need to get this email back. Too many account with it and I can’t switch half of them off it without the email.

    I am really sick of going back and forth and nothing working to get into my hotmail account. I’ve never had trouble before now.

    Hello

    Regarding my email ******@msn.com I cannot recovery this I have tried for 5 days, I have given you all my information that I know is correct. I need this account back I have too many emails I saved on there I need to retrieve, Also all my medical doctors etc use this email. I just filed my federal and state taxes, I see I received emails for the IRS and I can't retrieve them.

    I have used this email for my businesses in the past also.

    Please help me to revover my account I have had this account for over 25 yrs started it in California. I cannot create another email as I cannot even go in and see what accounts I need to connact to let them know to change my email

    I would appreciate help Please

    I’ve been going through the EXACT same thing,I don’t know how to get in touch with Microsoft either to tell them I can’t do the security questions since I don’t send emails on the email that’s in recovery right now

    You lot are useless. we are spending money the these damn video games and using your product that you push out and when we have issues logging into an email account, you push a website on us THAT DOES NOT **** WORK! And when you call to speak to a HUMAN, you get a ROBOT that HANGS up on you... WE GIVE YOU ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED AND YOU DENY US?! NOT ONLY DO YOU DENY US BUT YOU TELL US TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT, ARE YOU LOT LOST? Have you never forgotten a password, you sure have. WHY should we have to create a new account and lose all the money, games and other things we buy from you to use in our daily lives? DO BETTER AND **** HELP US!!!!
