Account recovery unsuccessful! HELP!

I was hacked and I’ve tried recovering multiple times now. I’m using a familiar device. I put in old passwords. My recovery email and phone number are no longer attached to the account. I don’t get why Microsoft can’t revert the account to its original state of creation. I need to get this email back. Too many account with it and I can’t switch half of them off it without the email.

I spent over an hour in “chat” with someone , supposedly from Microsoft, and basically ended up with the same thing as the “recovery form”. USELESS!! Try again. 😂😂

HI, I have been trying to recover my old account because i need to find some vital information for a divorce case. This account is still linked to another account that i have access but despite that I still cannot recover it.

what can I do?? It s serouosly important for me to have access to my old hotmail account!!
