Account recovery unsuccessful! HELP!

I was hacked and I’ve tried recovering multiple times now. I’m using a familiar device. I put in old passwords. My recovery email and phone number are no longer attached to the account. I don’t get why Microsoft can’t revert the account to its original state of creation. I need to get this email back. Too many account with it and I can’t switch half of them off it without the email.

    Im completely locked out of my account. I cannot succesfully do a recovery form and IVE HAD IT!!! I need to get a new email account elsewhere and change my email in so many places!! SO ANNOYED

    Microsoft support is non existent I have the same problem but now I am locked out of my laptop off to get an apple in the morning
