Account recovery unsuccessful! HELP!

I was hacked and I’ve tried recovering multiple times now. I’m using a familiar device. I put in old passwords. My recovery email and phone number are no longer attached to the account. I don’t get why Microsoft can’t revert the account to its original state of creation. I need to get this email back. Too many account with it and I can’t switch half of them off it without the email.

    I MAY have found a way to fix this! I finally clicked the link to the Office 365 Trial and there was a chat button at the bottom of the page. I just spent 1/2 hour in the chat going through all my recovery info and have been told my request was being elevated to Tier 2. We'll see if they actually get back to me in 3-5 days like they said they would... I need to recover my account so I can use my Office 365 programs again! Maddening.

    Please can somebody actually help here? We are following every step, filling all information, codes answers and every single time recovery is unsuccessful! How??? What to do? We have tried for days, we really need this email account back, please can some actual human being help us?

    Microsoft, and their name says it all, Small & Soft, don’t care about any of their

    “Captive users”. They can treat as many people like **** as they want and it wouldn’t affect them!
