Account recovery unsuccessful! HELP!

I was hacked and I’ve tried recovering multiple times now. I’m using a familiar device. I put in old passwords. My recovery email and phone number are no longer attached to the account. I don’t get why Microsoft can’t revert the account to its original state of creation. I need to get this email back. Too many account with it and I can’t switch half of them off it without the email.

    I have the same problem, two of my email accounts were closed, the main one and the recovery one, I filled out all the forms in your https://account.live.com/acsr direction and the system indicate me that the data has not been enough.

    In my main email I have too much important personal information, it is urgent to recover it. I need help from microsoft please.

    This is ridiculous. I thought I was the only one experiencing this. No one is able to help. I have my business info and my client's info on that drive that I can't get to. They ask stupid verification questions like email addresses and subject lines. Well I never used that outlook email to send emails...only to save to onedrive. Now what? When I try to reset they say my email doesn't exist,....ok...so I try to create a new account using the username they say doesn't exist. Guess what? It says I can't use that name because it's already in use. Which one is it...does the email exist or not? I sent them a screenshot of my c drive to show proof where my files were being saved to that microsoft username and drive. But NOOOO that's not good enough...I have to enter emails or credit card info to verify myself. This should be a violation. I'm going to see if I can contact the CFPB. I have all my important files on that drive and I BETTER get access to it again.
