Account recovery unsuccessful! HELP!

Hey Jackson.

So I can post anything telling people how sorry I am that they are having problems, and then list off links that most of us have already tried and found useless, and then call myself an independent expert. I just spent well over an hour in a chat with someone from, supposedly Microsoft support, and got the exact same outcome as the links you post, NOTHING!! A total waste of time & space!

I’ll be moving all my email accounts over to gmail. Can’t be any worse lol. Does this make me an independent expert?

Hello Ryan, Thank you for reaching out. Sincerely apologize for the issue with your account recovery. If you do not have access to your account security info to verify for account recovery purpose the only option will be completing the account recovery form to by pass the verification; https://account.live.com/acsr You will have to provide enough information to prove ownership of the account, If successful you will get a link to gain access into your account to your alternate email. If you have access the the account email and password you can try to update the security email to another email/phone number you have access to. 1. On the Security basics page https://account.microsoft.com/security , select the Update info button. If you're not already signed in to your Microsoft account, you'll be prompted to sign in. 2. You may be asked to enter a verification code to continue. If you don't have access to your alternate email or phone number, choose I don't have any of these and follow the instructions to replace your security info. 3. You'll see your security info under Security settings. Choose Remove for any you want to remove. Its ridiculous. I've been trying for WEEKS to get my gaming email back as I do all my purchases and gaming accounts through it at one point, and they say I have to use the recovery form but I've never sent emails on that account so half their recovery questions don't even work! And somehow, someone from AAPT is the recovery email even though it was an email of the same (hotmail) that was set. And you can't even get anyone to call you! Like how am I meant to get my stuff back with these garbage forms.

I am locked out of initial signups for accounts because office is not accepting the password I used to create the account. The whole recovery process is impossible because the account has NEVER BEEN USED - so there's no previous emails or anything else. Something in this process is irrevocably broken and MICROSOFT - YOU NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHY THIS IS HAPPENING - Nobody should be locked out of a fresh account they create to try and fix a previous broken account!

No one from Microsoft is replying on here to help. Zero help! Absolutely useless. It’s awful!!

I have tried all these links, which keep taking me back to the recovery page, and then won’t accept the account name I’m trying to recover because “it doesn’t

exist “!! Also, I keep getting the automated reply emails telling me that

“Recovery request for ch********@live.ca “ was denied due to lack of information.

I don’t know who or what ch**4@live is!!! It’s not me and the phone number that they have linked to it is not mine!! WTH is going on with them??

My lost email account has my recent retirement photos that were sent to me and I would like them back. Is there anyone, at Microsoft, that I can verbally talk to that could help me with this?
