I was hacked and I’ve tried recovering multiple times now. I’m using a familiar device. I put in old passwords. My recovery email and phone number are no longer attached to the account. I don’t get why Microsoft can’t revert the account to its original state of creation. I need to get this email back. Too many account with it and I can’t switch half of them off it without the email.

Indeed, completly uselles support. Truly.. being automatically rejected over and over no matter what i try, its absurd!! This needs to change.

I have been unsuccessful with account recovery also. It was quite new and for online purchases, so the standard question asking for who i would have emailed from that account is completely redundant. There should be help provided for those who have failed the recovery. I can’t believe your response from Microsoft was to do what your already done.. someone help. Did anyone else get help from Microsoft?
