Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

easy and quick ...... lmfao :-) nothing is easy with MS and certainly not Quick
Not working for me either :-( maybe I just have to wait for teh latest version to be rolled out to my account ..... I won't hold my breath but it will be great once it works. The desktop Outlook is still working fine so unless I am forced to migrate I will probably keep it.
Glad it's rolling out for some people. I still can't add shared folders to favourites. So hopefully we'll all get this very basic feature soon.
Finally this is working! I have been able to add inboxes/subfolders to favourites from shared mailboxes.
It's pretty basic but at least the folders are pinned and there is an indicator for the number of unread emails.
This feature could be enhanced by enabling client-side nicknames and colour coding for the pinned folders.
Generally, very happy this feature has been added - it was a loooong wait.
